How do you uninstall apps on itouch without restoring it?

I downloaded a few emulators on my itouch and I wanted to delete 1 for more space without deleting all my apps. Anyone know how?

1. Hook the itouch up to your computer, and wait for it to show on itunes. In the section that deals with your ipod, click on the last tab, which is called "applications". Tick the ones you want to keep, and click on Sync.
