Is it possible to get an iphone 3g using your old or previous subscription from AT&T?

Or you need to get a new subscription plan from AT&T in order to get an iphone 3g?

2. yes you can, if you purchase the phone with a new contract the price is about $200.00 cheaper then going in an purchasing it with a current contact. So if you if are eligible for an upgrade, you will save some money
