How much to fix an Ipod Classic at Apple Store?

I bought an Ipod Classic last summer and for some reason the backlight stopped working. If I was going to get my ipod fixed at the Apple Store does anyone know how much it will cost for a backlight replacment?? P.S. Everything else on the ipod works except the backlight is perminantly off.

1. If it is under warranty get it fixed,they will just replace it. If not buy a new one. These small electronic devices cannot be repaired, they build at factory only.
